Job summary

Client Server in London is seeking a Staff Engineer / Developer (C# .Net AWS Python). The role will shape technology strategy, architect and build highly scalable solutions across the Microsoft stack, working with cross-functional teams in two-week sprints.

You'll drive engineering standards, contribute to AI initiatives, and report to the CTO in a high-visibility capacity. The role offers hybrid work with two days in London offices and two days remote, plus a competitive package and progression

Qualifications

• Experienced Software Engineer/Developer
• Strong C# backend skills
• Knowledge of AWS
• Experience with highly scalable systems
• Solid CS fundamentals (OOP, data structures, design patterns)
• Interest in AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot)
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
