Job summary

H Company is seeking to strengthen its Infrastructure team to enable researchers and engineers to access robust, scalable infrastructure. You will help build the platform powering our agent development and public services.

Hybrid role, based in Paris or London, with an expectation to be in the office 3 days a week. You will contribute to end-to-end infrastructure, from foundational models to public services, in a fast-growing AI startup.

Qualifications

• Observability and monitoring with Datadog/Prometheus/Grafana.
• Proficiency in a modern programming language (Python or JS/TypeScript).
• Nice-to-have: ML Ops or Data Engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage infrastructure to support research and model/agent development incl. training infra, data pipelines and inference.
• Setup and maintain observability and monitoring strategies.
