BASIC PURPOSE:
Participates in the development, execution, and management of various engineering, construction and maintenance projects. Provides engineering expertise and data analysis for the planning, design, and construction of projects for wastewater and waterworks systems and facilities.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
Works under the general supervision of senior staff.

Valid Mass Class D Drivers license for Operations Engineering and Construction Departments
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED:
Office equipment as normally associated with the use of telephone, personal computer including word processing and other software, copy and fax machine.

The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts, and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and vibration. The employee occasionally works in high precarious places and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and risk of electrical shock.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud in field settings and moderately quiet in an office setting.
