Job summary

Restaurant Associates is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team and ensure dishes are prepared, cooked and presented to required standards within your section in line with food safety procedures.

You will run a kitchen section, train junior staff, assist with orders and deliveries, and maintain cleanliness and compliance with equipment usage. The role requires strong cooking skills and a team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Strong cooking skills - able to prepare complex food dishes in a refined way.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Passionate about working in a food service environment.
• Able to work positively with others as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct use of all machinery and equipment.
