Job summary

Voy is seeking a Staff Product Designer, Design Systems to lead the end-to-end strategy, architecture, and adoption of our design system across web and mobile.

You will bridge design and engineering, define global patterns, establish WCAG-aligned accessibility standards, and elevate product quality across journeys. You will partner with Design Leads, Front‑End Engineering Leads, and Product Managers to empower teams to build cohesive, high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of product design and design systems experience.
• Strong collaboration with frontend engineers on tokens and component architecture.
• Proficient with WCAG accessibility standards.
• Expert in design tools and documentation platforms (Figma, Storybook, Zeroheight).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive oversight on design system initiatives across web and mobile.
• Define long-term roadmaps, governance, and adoption for the design system.
• Collaborate with product design and frontend teams for tokenization and library alignment.
• Maintain UI consistency and high-quality craft across journeys.
• Lead and mentor designers to elevate design quality.
