Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive implementation, especially regarding platform and business decisions impacting international communities.
  • Support inbound community policy issues in international markets.
  • Manage multiple internal stakeholders, balancing differing opinions and assessing risks to provide recommendations.
  • Ensure international communities are represented in policy initiatives, decisions, and campaigns.
  • Listen to community needs, translate insights into actions, and facilitate policy discussions with teams and moderators.

What we seek in you:

  • 7+ years of community-oriented program and policy management experience with a global scope.
  • Knowledge of platform moderation, online communities, and social media trends, especially how business decisions impact diverse cultural communities.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in fast-paced, multi-time-zone environments.
  • Ability to support decision-making and advise peers and leaders effectively.
  • Strong consensus-building and internal communication skills.

Bonus points:

  • Experience in Trust & Safety, Strategic Response, or Crisis Management.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, or Italian.
  • Experience managing decisions across multiple markets and languages.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Experience briefing leadership on complex decisions.
