As a Staff C# .NET Engineer, you will manage and implement business knowledge and technical skills, deploying and supporting production systems, with an emphasis on backend engineering and PaaS products.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Develop applications using C#, Ruby, microservices, Azure PaaS, and other relevant technologies.
• Document architecture with diagrams and logical flows.
• Build, test, and modify systems to meet quality and performance standards.
• Interpret requirements and implement reliable software solutions.
• Test applications in various environments.
• Maintain existing applications independently.
• Estimate and plan work through user stories and tasks.
• Optimize platform performance.
• Analyze and propose operational improvements.
• Collaborate within teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Stay updated with the latest development tools and techniques.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of operations.
• Gather and analyze issues to improve services.
• Support organizational goals and grow engineering teams through recruiting.
• This role involves 90% coding and 10% mentoring.

Ideal candidate profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years as a Backend Developer.
• 6+ years with C# .NET.
• 6+ years with Microservices.
• 6+ years with AWS.
• 4+ years with Kubernetes.
• 4+ years with Postgres.
• Experience designing scalable cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Compiler Architectures.
• 2+ years leading a team of 5+ engineers.

Proficiency in English is required to work with US clients, ensuring effective communication and solutions delivery.
