Join a forward-thinking company on a mission to transform banking! As a Staff Backend Engineer, you'll lead technical initiatives in a dynamic environment, focusing on user acquisition and product impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and optimize solutions that enhance customer experiences. You and your team will have the opportunity to have an impact on both what we build as well as how we build it.
We're looking for a growth minded Staff backend engineer with strong product experience. You'll care about the impact your work has on our customers, and optimise for impact rather than the number of lines of code you output; progress over perfection.
