Your mission:
You’ll be working with our AI-powered features, scaling our products and enhancing the quality of our existing support content — a squad that helps millions troubleshoot our products and understand how to get the most out of what we offer.
Build empathy and a deep understanding of our customers' needs.
Develop scalable processes based on tested ways of working for the Support squad.
Design and deliver simple, intuitive experiences that make stressful situations easier.
Prioritize content needs and deliver impactful projects across multiple teams.
Collaborate with data scientists and developers to improve our content model for new scenarios and tools.
Work with designers from other squads to maintain a seamless customer experience.
You will also be part of the Content Guild, collaborating with the content community across Wise, representing Support to improve messaging consistency.
Shape AI support features from concept to scale, focusing on user-facing content.
Advocate for the customer experience as the squad enhances its AI capabilities.
Contribute to the automation content experience end-to-end and influence its strategy.
Define and demonstrate what quality looks like in the squad.
Be part of a movement to create positive change by fixing a broken, greedy system and empowering people and businesses with control over their money.
Experienced Content Designer with a track record of delivering world-class consumer products.
Familiar with using AI tools to solve complex problems.
Have built AI tools from conception to scaling.
Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity, collaborating effectively in such environments.
Focused on quality and knowing how to improve it.
Influential, inspiring, and capable of working autonomously and empowering others.
Highly empathetic to customers and colleagues.
Builds effective relationships across the business.
Your experience is mainly in marketing, advertising, journalism, or social media without hands-on content design or UX experience.
You haven’t worked with AI tools before, as your expertise will guide decision-making in this role.
