About the opportunity: We are currently looking for a Stadium Tours Administrator to join our Commercial Department.
As Stadium Tours Administrator you will act as key support for the Clubs Tours and Commercial Events Manager and wider tours team. In your role you will be responsible for ensuring the administration requirements organisation and delivery of the Everton stadium tour offerings.
The Stadium Tours Administrator will support the Tour Coordinator deliver day-to-day admin requirements, support in managing the tours inbox for both Hill Dickinson Tours and Goodison Park Tours and Work with the Fan Centre to ensure the tours are set up on the ticketing system correctly and support the sales process by taking queries and offering advice to potential visitors to the stadium.
Who we’re looking for: Essentially, we are looking for an experienced administrator who is able to demonstrate an excellent eye for detail and a commitment to providing an outstanding service.
Motivated and driven our successful candidate will also demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and experience:
- In depth knowledge with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Impeccable organisational skills
- Attention to Detail: accuracy in booking systems, tour manifests, emails, and documentation
- Very high standard of written English as well as professional communication skills over the telephone and face-to-face
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive working relationships
- Ability to listenand communicate clearly,concisely, confidently and constructively to ensure mutual understanding
- Ability to resolve matters arising creatively and productively
- Willing and able to commit to working evenings and weekends as required
