Zusammenfassung

Birmingham City Football Club is seeking a skilled Stadium Plumber to join the Maintenance team at St. Andrew's, Birmingham.

You will deliver planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across the stadium estate, including heating and drainage systems, to support matchday operations and events. Ideal candidates will have City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing, plus proven experience in commercial maintenance.

Qualifikationen

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or Mechanical Services.
• Experience carrying out plumbing maintenance in commercial or public buildings.
• Knowledge of heating, plumbing and drainage systems.
• Experience in general building maintenance and DIY tasks.
• Ability to diagnose faults and resolve maintenance issues.

Aufgaben

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing repairs across the stadium estate.
• Service, repair, maintain and troubleshoot plumbing and heating systems.
• Attend and resolve plumbing breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Undertake installation, replacement and upgrade works as required.
• Ensure work complies with regulations and industry standards.
• Support heating and drainage system maintenance across facilities.
• Provide on-site support during matchdays and events.
• Assist with wider maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and fixtures.
