Job Description

As a Betting Cashier, you will be responsible for delivering top customer service and maintaining high standards daily.

Reporting to the Betting Supervisor, you will be part of the Betting Office Team, serving customers and building rapport.

What you will do

1. Deliver outstanding customer service.
2. Promote safer gambling practices.
3. Process customer transactions, including cash handling.
4. Open, operate, and close the Tote terminal to provide prompt and diligent service at booths or tables, offering table service as needed.
5. Carry out any other reasonable requests from the Betting Supervisor.
6. Ensure the Think 25 policy is adhered to at all times.

Qualifications

1. You must be 18 years or older to work in our stadia.
2. Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
3. Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
4. Self-motivated and proactive.
5. Comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
6. Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
