As a Bar and Catering Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team that provides excellent customer service within the bar and restaurant areas.

Reporting to the Bar and Catering Manager, you will contribute to achieving the highest standards of hospitality for the Stadium, while meeting customer expectations, health, and safety requirements.

What You Will Do

1. Welcome guests in a friendly and accommodating manner, making a positive first impression;
2. Take orders and serve food/drink, consistently achieving the required standards;
3. Learn and retain a comprehensive understanding of all menu items to ensure maximum benefit to the guest and effective service;
4. Prepare the restaurant/bar for service;
5. Present a positive personal image to the customer;
6. Ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant/bar areas by following cleaning routines set by the Bar & Catering Supervisor;
7. Account for payments at the end of the shift;
8. Ensure all equipment in the bar and restaurant is working safely and compliant with manufacturer’s guidelines, reporting concerns to the Bar & Catering Manager;
9. Ensure the safety of the bar and restaurant areas and report any concerns to the Safety & Compliance Officer or Bar & Catering Manager.

Qualifications

1. Great knowledge and qualifications in Health & Safety and Food Hygiene;
2. Ability to work alone or as part of a team;
3. Passion for delivering excellent customer service;
4. Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally;
5. Personal License Holder preferred.
