Valley Invicta Academies Trust requires an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at our primary school in Kings Hill. This role will be within our Specialist Resourced Provision.
You will be required to work 37 hours per week (over 5 days) for 38 weeks per year.
Our school has an established specialist resource provision, where children make excellent progress and achieve highly. We are looking for a person who has the skills and ambition to enable specific pupils to accomplish their learning and personal targets.
Working across the school, with the support of SRP and mainstream staff, the role is suited to someone with the ability to use creative thinking to support children using personalised resources to learn and become as independent as possible. This person will liaise closely with teachers and other support staff and needs to have excellent communication skills.
This is a permanent role.
