CIFF is seeking a fixed-term Policy & Research Analyst to cover a 12-month maternity leave, joining the SRHR portfolio to advance commodity financing and increase contraceptive access.

This high-impact role blends research, strategic insight and grant management to shape ambitious investments. The postholder will help mobilise funding and translate stronger financing into improved access to contraception.

Formación

• Experience in management of large delivery programmes, financing and norms change for SRHR with a focus on commodities.
• In-depth understanding of the analytics and assumptions supporting the global FP commodity gap
• Working knowledge of the global health financing architecture
• Ability to interpret and develop complex financial models, including forecasts, financial statements and budgets.
• Good knowledge of key debates within sexual and reproductive health and the key players.

• Collate analysis to support strategic priorities and operational planning.
• Communicate insights globally and regionally, in writing and verbally.
• Coordinate strategy and planning outputs and ensure delivery on time.
