Job summary

Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF) seeks a maternity-cover analyst to advance SRHR financing, analysis and grant management. You’ll oversee a $100M portfolio, build sector insights and coordinate between finance, strategy and programme teams.

You will collaborate with senior colleagues to translate data into actionable funding decisions and drive sector impact during a 12-month fixed-term assignment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large delivery programmes in SRHR with commodity focus.
• Ability to interpret complex financial models and budgets.
• Strong written and spoken English for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support SRHR SMT in strategy and planning through research and analysis.
• Directly manage a grants portfolio with oversight of milestones and budgets.
• Coordinate development of proposals and investor communications.
• Analyse programme evidence to inform investments and improve impact.
• Lead cross-team governance and reporting for portfolio performance.
• Ensure risk, due diligence and compliance across the portfolio.
