Job summary
MYO Talent is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer / Platform Engineering Lead to build and operate a world-class monitoring and reliability platform. You will own the Datadog observability stack across Azure and Cloudflare, delivering an early warning system that validates APIs, integrations, and customer journeys in production.
The role combines leadership and hands-on delivery, with responsibilities spanning synthetic monitoring, production validation, dashboards, SLOs/SLIs, and integration
Qualifications
- Lead implementation of Datadog across Azure and Cloudflare.
- Create a comprehensive early warning system validating APIs, integrations and user journeys.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Datadog observability platform.
- Design and maintain synthetic monitoring for critical API and UI workflows.
- Build continuous production validation for key customer journeys.
- Integrate monitoring, testing, dashboards and alerting into Azure DevOps and GitHub pipelines.
- Develop monitoring-as-code and testing-as-code using Terraform.
- Create actionable dashboards, SLOs, SLIs, alerts and anomaly detection.
- Integrate Datadog with Azure, Cloudflare and modern SaaS architectures.
- Drive reliability, performance and root-cause analysis across production systems.
