Job summary

Next Level Business Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Platform Reliability Engineer to own the availability, performance, and health of our enterprise Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift platforms. You will drive GitOps automation and scripting to reduce toil, while managing cluster lifecycles and security.

The role also focuses on observability to preempt incidents and ensure platform health. As a senior contributor, you will implement scalable automation with Flux/ArgoCD, and write scripts

Qualifications

• 10+ years of solid experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands-on production experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Enterprise Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of Linux administration, container orchestration, and networking.
• Proven track record with GitOps tools and automation scripting.

Responsibilities

• Own the availability, performance, and operational health of enterprise Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift platforms.
• Drive automation using GitOps workflows (Flux/ArgoCD) and scripting (Python, Go, Bash) to eliminate manual tasks and reduce operational toil.
• Manage cluster lifecycles, upgrades, capacity planning, and lead vulnerability management (CVE assessments and patching).
• Improve platform monitoring, metrics, logging, and alerting systems to proactively catch incidents.
