Job Description:

Our client, a world leading hedge fund, is looking for an SRE for their London office. The role requires the individual to be skilled in programming using a high-level language (Python, Java, C/C++). You will be responsible for creating automated solutions and troubleshooting production issues related to enterprise data/reference data.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience working with enterprise data systems and problem resolution through post-issue evaluations, root cause analysis, and remediation.

Responsibilities:

• Create automated solutions and troubleshoot production issues related to enterprise data/reference data systems.
• Execute problem resolutions through post-issue evaluations, root cause analysis, and remediation.
• Analyze, performance test, document, and identify optimization opportunities and failure patterns/incidents in the enterprise/reference data application.

Requirements:

• Experience working with enterprise data.
• Ability to program (structures, OOP, and TDD) using one or more high-level languages: Python, Java, and C/C++.
• Experience working with data systems.
