Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in technological innovation and architectural design, with outstanding technical capabilities and deep industry experience.
• Analyze and solve complex technical problems, providing effective solutions. Familiar with performance optimization methods and strategies to enhance system performance.
• Deploy and administer Kubernetes clusters on-premises and in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, etc.).
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and release management systems, and build testing frameworks for integration and performance tests.
• Develop automation systems and platforms for efficient change and incident management.
• Improve system efficiency and troubleshoot issues related to networking, storage, scheduling, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with relevant work experience.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Unix/Linux systems.
• Experience in designing, analyzing, and building automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in coding with languages such as Python, C++, Go, etc., and ability to learn new technologies.
• Ability to learn, explore, and research in unfamiliar domains.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a global team and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of edge computing, CDN, load balancing, distributed storage/computing, or cloud products.
• Focus on industry tech trends to lead technological changes.
• Contributing to open-source projects in Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystems.
• Knowledge of networking technologies like TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, load balancers.
