Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting seeks an experienced SR163 Authorised Project Site Manager to lead a National Grid substation project from civil phase through completion. You will drive safety, compliance, and timely delivery while fostering an inclusive, collaborative team.

You will oversee site activities, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor quality, and manage documentation, reporting risks to management, while promoting sustainability and diversity on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SR163 Authorised Project Site Manager on National Grid substation or similar projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering phases, site management, and National Grid standards.
• Certified in project management or civil engineering.
• Valid SR163 authorisation and site certifications.
