Job summary

ISS Labour Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to support National Grid substation works in Reading. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate operatives and subcontractors, and maintain safety and quality standards to keep progress on track.

The ideal candidate holds SR163 Site Manager qualification, electrical qualifications, and National Grid CP ticket, with proven substation experience. SMSTS and First Aid/Asbestos certs are required.

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to support substation works in the Reading.

This is a great opportunity for a practical, site-focused manager who can lead a team effectively, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and keep work progressing on site.

I'm looking for someone who takes a hands-on approach to site management, enjoys working alongside operatives and subcontractors, and can balance day-to-day site leadership with the required documentation and compliance.
