As a Workplace Health & Safety Real Estate Due Diligence & Remediation Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with various stakeholders and teams around the world to support real estate transactions. You will perform transaction-related due diligence, scope and manage remediation projects, develop Amazon standards and policies, and implement and execute the requirements of the program. In this role, you will assist in managing these programs at the corporate level and ensure that risks and liabilities are appropriately evaluated and mitigated as part of our transactions.
To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, able to send clear, concise, and consistent messages both verbally and in writing. You should have site assessment and investigation program knowledge, understand the regulatory environment, and demonstrate this expertise when working with internal and external teams.
