Sr. Video Producer / Live Action (Contractor)

Location: London/Hybrid (3 days PW on site, 2 WFH)

We’re looking for a Senior Video Producer with strong end-to-end production experience to join the in-house video team at a global tech company. You’ll be producing a wide range of high-quality, short-form creative projects from concept through to delivery across live action, editorial, and VFX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end live-action video production projects, from concept through to final delivery
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high creative standard
  • Collaborate with creative directors, VFX supervisors, editors, and animators to produce impactful video content
  • Oversee all post-production processes including editing, colour grading, sound design, and VFX integration
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, studios, and freelance talent, ensuring quality control throughout
  • Develop and implement tailored production schedules and workflows for each project
  • Maintain communication across cross-functional teams and lead multiple projects simultaneously

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in commercial, agency, or branded content production
  • Strong track record managing short-form live-action projects
  • Experience interviewing contributors and directing on-set talent
  • Deep understanding of production and post workflows
  • Familiarity with editing and VFX tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Nuke)
  • Excellent scheduling, budgeting, PO, and vendor management skills
  • Comfortable leading projects across global time zones
  • Calm, adaptable, and highly organised with a solutions-focused mindset
