The SVP of Human Resources will be a key strategic partner to the CEO, Board, and investors, responsible for shaping and executing a forward-looking people strategy. This leader will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation, elevating organizational capability, and strengthening Magnit’s position as a global leader in the contingent workforce industry.
The SVP, HR will lead a global HR organization of professionals across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning & Development, HR Business Partners, and Benefits. This leader will ensure the function operates as a best-in-class center of excellence, continuously evolving to meet the needs of a fast-paced, 3,000+ employee global enterprise.
Salary Range is between $275,000 - $325,000 annually based on experience, credentials and location.
