Our team of visionaries is reshaping the $18B IT operations market, creating cost-optimized, efficient, and next-level capabilities for enterprises worldwide.

What we’re looking for…

We are looking for a Senior UX Engineer to join our cross-functional product team. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of design and engineering—partnering closely with product managers, engineers, and users to deliver intuitive, elegant, and scalable experiences across multiple strategic product lines. As a UX engineer, you’ll be responsible for both crafting thoughtful product designs and building high-quality front-end implementations in React and/or Vue. You’ll bring user insights, technical acumen, and design sensibility together to ensure we're delivering real value to our users. This role is for someone who thrives in a mission-driven team, enjoys end-to-end ownership of the product experience, and is passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes—not just outputs.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Design with purpose: Translate real customer problems into intuitive, accessible, and engaging designs using UX research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Engineer with empathy: Implement polished and performant UI components in React or Vue, contributing to scalable front-end architecture while preserving design intent.
  • Collaborate deeply: Work as a core member of a durable, empowered product team, partnering with product managers and engineers to explore ideas, validate assumptions, and ship iterative improvements.
  • Own the experience: Maintain a cohesive design language and user experience across multiple products, proactively identifying areas of friction or inconsistency.
  • Connect with users: Lead or support generative and evaluative user research, leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions.
  • Elevate quality: Champion accessibility, responsiveness, and UX performance as essential elements of product quality.
  • Design systems & tooling: Contribute to or help maintain a shared component library and design system to accelerate development and ensure brand and UX consistency.

Qualities you possess…

  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, front-end engineering, or a hybrid role
  • Proficient with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.) and prototyping workflows
  • Experience working in agile product teams with continuous discovery and delivery practices
  • Demonstrated ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to advocate for users and influence decisions
  • A portfolio or examples of work that show how you’ve led or contributed to designing and building end-to-end user experiences

As a plus, you have...

  • Familiarity with design systems and component-driven development
  • Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG), usability testing, and performance optimization
  • Interest in systems thinking and holistic user journeys
