About the Role

As a Senior UK Tax Product Manager, you will:

1. Lead and develop vision and strategy in the UK Tax Professionals market. Understand the changing UK tax landscape and legislation, and develop strategic solutions for UK Tax and Accounting firms within our product suite.
2. Build strong product intuition by interpreting customer problems, business needs, and opportunities, and proposing solutions with guidance.
3. Create and maintain product roadmaps by partnering with development and UX teams to deliver efficiently, prioritizing based on customer and business value, and using metrics to monitor progress.
4. Demonstrate ownership for UK Tax products, ensuring performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction, while evangelizing the product vision internally.

To succeed, you should be:

1. Experienced in the UK Tax Professional Accounting firms market.
2. Curious and innovative, with a focus on customer needs.
3. Agile, with a sense of urgency, comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
4. An effective communicator, confident and clear in conveying ideas.

About You

• Product management experience (4+ years).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience.
