A leading technology company seeks a Customer Success Representative to enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves providing technical support, delivering training, and mentoring staff. Communicate with customers through phone, chat, web-conferencing, email and in-person.
Own escalation of all assigned customer issues and drive holistic resolution cross-functionally within AspenTech.
Deliver high-quality, technical hands-on interactive training to the customer.
Review, update and create technical training content for new releases and new applications in the industry.
Author, review and approve technical white papers for publication to AspenTech’s web knowledgebase.
Contribute towards AspenTech’s pre-release beta software testing program to drive improved product quality.
Conduct pre-sales consultations to identify prospects’ business problems and articulate AspenTech’s products as solution.
Mentor and coach junior staff.
Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field
University level projects may count towards experience.
Understanding of Chemical Engineering principles in the refining or process industries.
Experience with Advanced Process Controller technology is desirable.
Prior exposure to Aspen Tech products or competitor tools is desirable.
Detail-oriented with hands-on problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
Be able to work well in diverse teams composed of people with varied backgrounds.
Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
English language proficiency is mandatory (additional language skills would be beneficial).
Ability to travel internationally.
