Senior Project Manager – Digital Transformation (Salesforce / Enterprise Systems)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our global transformation team and lead high-impact digital programs across complex, multi-layered environments. This role is ideal for a highly organized, technically astute leader with a proven track record of delivering international programs, particularly within CRM or Salesforce-related projects.
As a Senior PM, you will be responsible for driving execution across a portfolio of initiatives, managing external vendors and service providers, and ensuring alignment across internal business and technical stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that transformation initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery of large-scale digital transformation initiatives, with an emphasis on Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and geographies.
- Manage external vendors, service integrators (SIs), and delivery partners to ensure quality and timely outcomes.
- Oversee project financials, including budget planning, forecasting, reporting, and variance management.
- Provide high-level reporting to senior leadership, including executive dashboards, progress updates, and risk escalations.
- Implement and guide change management practices to support successful adoption of new systems/processes.
- Own and manage complex project plans, ensuring dependencies, risks, and milestones are well defined and monitored.
- Partner with internal technical teams (developers, architects, operations) to ensure solution design and delivery meets business objectives.
- Champion best practices in project governance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
- 15+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in senior-level roles managing enterprise-wide programs.
- Proven success in delivering international digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing external vendors, SIs, and offshore delivery models.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce projects (e.g., implementation, migration, or integration) strongly .
- Technical background—prior experience as a developer, architect, or systems engineer is highly desirable.
- Strong financial acumen with direct responsibility for budgets in excess of [insert amount if relevant].
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience reporting into C-suite and steering committees.
- Track record of managing organizational change initiatives and promoting adoption in matrixed environments.
