Job Description

Our client is seeking experienced Project Engineers for our Camden, AR Production Facility supporting eight programs. The role involves assessing and resolving production and program product non-conformances, working closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Quality, Manufacturing Engineers, and Product Managers.

Responsibilities include:

• Real-time prioritization of work-in-progress non-conformances, repairs, and scrap evaluations.
• Process optimization and yield improvement to minimize waste and maximize resource utilization.
• Design and testing of new equipment, processes, procedures, and systems.
• Assessing non-conformances and determining immediate actions to keep production moving.
• Leading root cause analysis and corrective actions in partnership with Quality.
• Supporting design engineering dispositions and understanding relevant codes, rules, and regulations.
• Utilizing engineering tools, CAD, and software applications.
• Adhering to Systems Engineering principles and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of Project Engineering experience, or a Graduate Degree with 4 years, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
• Proficiency in CAD, GD&T, analysis, materials, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with root cause analysis, non-conformances, and project management.
• Six-Sigma Certification preferred.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
