Robert Bosch LLC seeks Sr. Software EPQ (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 15000 Haggerty Road, Plymouth, MI 48170. Lead in determination of the product quality assurance strategy within development projects. Drive the use of correct quality methods and processes within product development. Conduct independent evaluations of product and process development towards final product maturity for project reporting. Identify and manage quality risks before they become issues with support of cross-functional teams. Participate as key member of product development team to ensure overall success of the product launch and production. Attend customer and internal program meetings, report status of quality deliverables and escalate as necessary.

Requirements

This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field plus 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Quality Engineer, Process Engineer or occupation involving Quality Assurance Engineering. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with:

1. Software QA methodologies, tools and processes;
2. QAC, Bauhaus, MISRA, or Coverity;
3. DOORS and RTC;
4. Quality Risk Management;
5. Product and process evaluations.

Travel: 10-15% international travel required. Telecommuting: Hybrid, 2-3 days work from home permitted.
