Position Summary
We operate on our own machines in high-security data centres and host some systems in Azure. Our Infrastructure and Site Reliability Engineers work closely with the development team on deployments and monitoring.
Our team of 20+ developers is highly capable and collaborative. We are now looking to add a Senior Software Engineer.
The main requirements are significant experience in C# and web development. We seek someone willing to take end-to-end responsibility for features, communicate effectively across teams (Product, QA, SRE), take ownership of code areas, mentor juniors, and improve processes.
We follow a functional approach to C# code, and you should be willing to learn this if unfamiliar. Our teams work remotely, with regular updates and knowledge sharing. You should be proactive and autonomous.
We encourage sharing expertise through book clubs and presentations. Career progression is valued, with paths to Principal Engineer or management roles.
We seek creatively minded individuals who can solve technical and healthcare-related problems with empathy.
Ideally, you are degree educated, but experience and passion are most important.
You must be a UK resident with the right to work in the UK. Some roles require security vetting, which you should be comfortable undertaking.
