Key job responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and maintaining key system features supporting LLM-based experiences.
• Collaborate with team members to align on design approaches, prototype new technology, and evaluate technical feasibility.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software.
• Establish architectural principles, select design patterns, and mentor team members on their application.
• Deep dive into end-to-end system architecture and drive long-term alignment with partner teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship).
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one programming language.
• 5+ years of experience in designing or architecting systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
