Job Details/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- CANDIDATES NEED TO HAVE WORKED FOR PRODUCT MANUFACTURING COMPANIES, NOT JUST SW COMPANIES
- This is not a role for those who only have MA Projects; we need SAP Project Systems module
- SAP FICO Implementation & Support:
Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO solutions (including S/4HANA and Project Systems). Configure SAP FI/CO modules and integrate with MM, SD, and PS. Implement SAP PS for project costing, planning, and budgeting, ensuring integration with financial tracking. - Project Management:
Manage SAP FICO projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Define scope, timelines, and deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional teams to align implementations with business goals. - Configuration & Customization:
Customize SAP FICO and PS modules to meet business needs. Work with technical teams to integrate with other SAP modules and third-party systems, and implement function modules, enhancements, and exits. - End-User Collaboration & Support:
Engage with business users to define requirements and provide solutions. Offer training and post-go-live support, troubleshooting and resolving SAP FICO and PS issues. - Documentation & Compliance:
Create process flows, functional specifications, and ensure solutions comply with internal controls, audits, and industry best practices. - Continuous Improvement:
Monitor system performance for improvements and stay updated on SAP best practices and new functionalities in SAP S/4HANA.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
- 8+ years of SAP FICO and Project Systems (PS) experience, with at least 4 years on SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven expertise in configuring and supporting SAP FI/CO and PS, with strong integration knowledge (MM, SD).
- Experience in SAP function modules, enhancements, and exits.
- Strong project management skills and experience leading SAP projects.
