Sr. Salesforce Engineer, DSP Tech, Last Mile

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Salesforce Engineer to join our Last Mile DSP Tech team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community, and will be responsible for designing solutions using both out-of-the-box and custom developments. You will mentor team members, lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, and ensure best practices and industry standards are followed.

Key job responsibilities

1. Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations.
2. Collaborate with product managers and teams to deliver customized solutions that meet business needs and enhance user experience.
3. Analyze system requirements and translate them into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
4. Design scalable and efficient solutions aligned with industry standards.
5. Support system integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem, backend services, and AWS technologies.
6. Stay updated on Salesforce features and recommend continuous improvements.
7. Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of learning.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in technical leadership or technology consulting on large enterprise projects.
• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with certifications.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture components including sales and service clouds.
• Proven success in team environments and excellent communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Salesforce applications, including configuration, triggers, workflows, Lightning, Apex, and database design.
• Experience with Salesforce data models, APIs, governor limits, and integrations using BULK/REST/SOAP APIs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect.
• Background in application development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
