Your tasks

  1. Develop and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders at leading international brands and media agencies.
  2. Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing strategic planning, pipeline management, and proactive client acquisition.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored advertising solutions across Total Video.
  4. Provide clients with data-driven media strategy insights and actionable recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  5. Expand business opportunities by identifying new markets, upselling services, and cultivating long-term partnerships.
  6. Stay on top of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor strategies to identify and capitalise on emerging opportunities.
  7. Represent RTL AdAlliance at high-profile industry events and conferences, showcasing innovative advertising solutions.

Your profile

  1. A minimum of +5 years of experience in advertising sales, ideally within TV, radio, print, or digital media environments.
  2. Proven expertise in managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns.
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of international media landscapes and advertising trends.
  4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a consultative sales approach.
  5. Strong ability to build trust and influence decision-makers at senior levels.
  6. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
