The Amazon B2B Payments and Lending team is seeking a Sr. Portfolio Manager to oversee the credit performance of the European Lending portfolio. The successful candidate will be a thought leader capable of building and scaling a best-in-class credit management program. Responsibilities include managing the Lending program from a risk perspective, addressing small and medium-sized business challenges in obtaining capital, and maintaining target loss rates. The role involves driving credit policy changes, informing automated decision-making, and monitoring systems based on customers’ financials and creditworthiness. The ideal candidate should have strong people and credit management skills, support continuous improvement initiatives, be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build stakeholder relationships.
