THE ROLE

We are currently looking to recruit a senior Projects Lawyer c 5 PQE+ to join an award-winning Construction and Projects Team.

The firm has an unrivalled reputation in the construction sector, with an exciting and broad ranging client base including; contractors, developers, sponsors, funders, project companies, consultants, utilities and insurers

The represents clients in the infrastructure and energy (nuclear, renewables, conventional and oil and gas), transport, and real estate sectors

The post-holder will be working in a business facing role, responsible for handling a diverse construction and projects workload, this will include advising on developments of higher risk buildings and building safety

You will also be expected to supervising and direct junior lawyers, assisting with and participating in client care and development initiatives

THE CANDIDATE

You will have a sound grounding in construction and projects work, gained working for a major law firm or an in-house legal department

You will have first rate technical and commercial skills

Ideally candidates will have some experience of real estate development and finance

This is a role ideally suited to a talented lawyer looking to make a long-term career move to a new and challenging role offering a significant level of responsibility handling high quality workload
