• Manage and oversee multifamily interior renovation projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and review project estimates, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

The Successful Applicant

• 5-7 years of project management experience, with a focus on multifamily renovations.
• At least 4 years of estimating experience in a project management role.
• Strong understanding of multifamily renovation processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
