Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s Engineering Project Management Teams manage cross-functional engineering projects. They collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across TE to ensure projects meet financial, schedule, and customer expectations. Responsibilities include defining and creating project schedules, portfolio management, communication and execution of programs, identifying resource constraints and working with management for resolution, while adhering to LeanPD processes.

Role and Responsibilities

  1. Oversee all Project Management aspects from start to finish.
  2. Lead Risk Assessment activities and manage Risk Management.
  3. Collaborate with the Business Office to develop the Project Business Case.
  4. Define requirements necessary for product development.
  5. Report project status and ensure progress aligns with the plan.
  6. Escalate issues as needed and manage project change controls.
  7. Coordinate with global teams in engineering and manufacturing within a regulated environment.
  8. Manage and be accountable for project budgets, ensuring timely procurement of goods.
  9. Maintain global liaisons with customers and suppliers.

  3. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, fostering strong relationships internally and externally.
