We are hiring a permanent, full-time Sr. Project Manager to join our team in Pinson/Birmingham, AL.

North American Construction Services (HQ: Pinson/Birmingham, AL) is a dynamic subsidiary of Fives North American Combustion and the Fives Group, with over five decades of pioneering contributions in industrial thermal processes. We design and construct furnaces, provide retrofits, upgrades, and full lifecycle services for industrial equipment, offering fully integrated, turnkey solutions. Your role will include:

1. Providing strategic direction and guidance to project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout all project phases.
2. Defining project objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
3. Monitoring project progress, tracking KPIs, and implementing corrective actions to meet milestones.
4. Managing project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts.
5. Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
6. Mentoring and coaching junior project management staff.
7. Willingness to travel up to 70%.
8. Having a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
9. Proven experience of at least 5 years managing industrial construction projects; no residential candidates.
10. Excellent leadership skills and proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
11. CMP or PMP certification is a plus.
12. Residing in or willing to relocate to the Birmingham, Alabama area.
