Sr Program Manager, Pricing & Promotions, Japan Consumer Innovation

The Amazon Japan Consumer Innovation team is seeking a customer-centric and strategic Senior Program Manager with a proven track record of working cross-functionally to drive innovation and program excellence in pricing and promotions for our customers. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial team, leading strategy development and collaborating with local and global partner teams to manage key performance metrics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a unique blend of strategic, analytical, and operational skills. This position requires a highly analytical individual with strong cross-functional leadership and excellent project management capabilities.

Key job responsibilities
  • Develop strategic frameworks to enhance Amazon’s pricing and promotions strategy with a customer-focused approach.
  • Coordinate across teams to implement changes and deliver high-quality results.
  • Plan and conduct regular voice of customer and market research.
  • Manage key performance metrics and work across teams to improve these metrics continuously.
  • Develop scalable mechanisms to support the expansion of business solutions leveraging Amazon teams.
  • Continuously innovate on behalf of our customers.

Basic Qualifications
