We are seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Books and Kindle, available in both London and Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will operate strategically and operationally to plan and implement the rollout of new product features and programs promoting reading in the EU, managing customer-facing activities and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and define product portfolio aligned with EU customer needs
- Lead Go-To-Market strategy for projects
- Create and maintain a 3-year roadmap for EU5 product launches
- Establish quarterly roadmaps with prioritization frameworks
- Go to Market:
- Execute product launches complying with EU legal requirements
- Design customer-focused marketing initiatives
- Lead product experimentation and optimization
- Drive growth through data-driven strategies
- Performance Management & Reporting:
- Define and track key success metrics
- Develop experimentation frameworks
- Present insights at weekly and quarterly reviews
- Build reporting structures for continuous improvement
- Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Facilitate collaboration across global and local teams
- Ensure alignment with business objectives
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Adapt to evolving customer and marketplace expectations
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in product or program management, marketing, business development, or technology
- Skills in executing strategic initiatives, process creation, and standardization
- Ownership of roadmap strategy and feature delivery tradeoffs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing products from inception to launch
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- International and intercultural work experience
- Additional European language skills (e.g., German, Italian, French, Spanish)
