DESCRIPTION

The Same Day Speed Innovation team is at the forefront of business growth and innovation in EU. We're revolutionizing the customer experience through faster delivery times and innovative fulfillment solutions. Our team sits at the crucial intersection of technology and operations, driving improvements across the entire Same Day delivery network. We're seeking a senior technical product leader capable of defining and driving product vision while navigating ambiguous problem spaces to enhance our Same Day capabilities.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product vision and roadmap for Same Day Innovative Speed initiatives across EU. You'll be responsible for developing product strategies, defining technical requirements, and driving the product lifecycle while partnering with senior stakeholders across Operations, Technology, and Engineering teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Key job responsibilities

1. Define and own the technical product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Same Day Speed products
2. Translate business requirements and customer needs into technical product specifications
3. Drive end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception to launch and optimization
4. Develop robust product metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive data-informed decisions
5. Partner with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation
6. Create and maintain product/business requirement documents (P/BRDs) and technical specifications
7. Lead prioritization of features and capabilities based on business impact and technical constraints
8. Build consensus among stakeholders on product direction and technical implementation
9. Drive innovation in operational efficiency through product solutions

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
3. Experience with end to end product delivery
4. Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
5. Experience as a product manager or owner
6. Experience owning technology products
7. Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
8. Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology

1. Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
2. Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
