• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of four procurement professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization, providing strategic insights and influencing key decisions in Capital procurement.
• Contract Negotiation: Oversee and negotiate complex contracts with Capital service providers, ensuring optimal outcomes in terms of cost, quality, and compliance.

Required Background and Qualifications:

• Capital Procurement Expertise: Extensive experience in global Capital procurement, including both hard and soft services, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, high-value contracts.
