About the role

We’re a Series-D AI platform that enables companies to design, build, and run custom software without code. As paid media is thriving, we now need an organic growth engine to improve our visibility on Google SERPs and AI-powered answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.). You will develop, test, and implement modern SEO tactics—from demo-led and product-led pages to programmatic, LLM-optimized content—while leading two writers and collaborating with our Growth-Engineering lead on the technical stack.

Core initiatives and examples
  • Programmatic & Demo-Led SEO: Design templates that convert structured “feature + industry” data into high-intent landing pages and demos.
  • LLM / AEO Optimization: Structure and embed content for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews to surface Builder.ai as the primary answer.
  • Product-Led SEO: Map product use-cases to search intent; develop “how-to-build-X” hubs to drive trials and demos.
  • Editorial SEO: Create in-depth guides, comparison articles, and link magnets to boost topical authority.
  • Internal Linking & Site Architecture: Develop a scalable linking strategy to maximize crawl equity and support growth.
  • Technical SEO: Collaborate with Growth Engineering to implement CWV improvements, edge redirects, structured data, and analyze log files.
You’ll be responsible for
  • Developing a 12-month organic growth roadmap with effort/impact scoring and sprint-ready tasks.
  • Conducting technical and content audits; presenting quick-win strategies within 30 days.
  • Managing and guiding two SEO/content writers to ensure output aligns with strategic goals.
  • Creating LLM evaluation processes (prompt testing, SERP feature tracking) and refining content accordingly.
  • Owning dashboards and KPIs such as organic SQLs, answer box share, CWV scores, and page velocity.
  • Reporting weekly to the VP of Growth and collaborating daily with the Paid Social Lead and Growth Engineering team.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience in B2B SaaS or tech marketplaces.
  • Proven success in at least two areas: programmatic SEO, product-led SEO, featured snippets/AEO, or demo-led pages.
  • Strong technical skills (schema, CWV, JS rendering, edge SEO) and proficiency with GSC, GA4, BigQuery, Screaming Frog/Sitebulb, Ahrefs/Semrush.
  • Experience managing writers and providing data-backed feedback.
  • Ability to translate rankings into pipeline revenue and communicate effectively with executives.
  • Bonus: experience with multi-language content localization or building knowledge-graph integrations.

Duration & Path: Initial 3-month contract; potential extension or full-time offer based on KPIs.

Compensation: Retainer.
