How You’ll Make an Impact

As our Senior Manager of Global Paid Media, you will be defining the global strategy and operations for paid media to drive the company’s growth. You will architect a global paid media strategy that not only supports the growth in brand awareness but also plays a critical role in customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will lead the relationship with our selected media partners to optimize our media spend. This role requires an experienced leader who understands the complex paid media landscape, especially digital, and can drive impactful activities that align with the company's long-term goals.

The individual will work closely with the marketing leadership across our regions and markets to optimize our media execution and spend, ensuring alignment with overall brand growth and marketing goals. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Brand and Marketing, the Senior Manager will shape how the company invests in and leverages paid media channels to achieve business objectives across diverse markets.

Responsibilities Include

  • Create and implement global buying guidelines and safeguards to protect and grow our brand globally.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of a high-impact paid media strategy across digital and traditional channels, including programmatic, social, search, and display.
  • Align media initiatives with company growth objectives and market-specific needs.
  • Support and provide consultation to the regions and markets in implementing the strategy.
  • Work with the creative teams to ensure global assets are right-sized and effective for chosen media platforms while working with the analytics team to interpret data for optimized decision-making.
  • Design and oversee all global paid media campaigns, ensuring they are integrated with broader marketing and business strategies.
  • Adjust strategies based on real-time data to maximize ROI and achieve long-term brand and growth goals.
  • Take ownership of tracking and reporting on paid media budget, ensuring efficient and strategic allocation of resources across markets.
  • Work closely with finance to forecast budgets that support growth targets.
  • Analyze performance metrics to drive media optimization and growth.
  • Regularly report to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations that shape future media investments.
  • Build and manage relationships with our select media agency partner, ad tech vendors, and platform partners (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) to achieve performance targets and negotiate for optimal ad placements.
  • Collaborate with internal brand, digital, and analytics teams to ensure a cohesive approach that aligns paid media with overall marketing objectives.
  • Share insights and best practices across teams to continuously improve media performance.
  • Proactively identify and evaluate emerging media platforms and technologies to enhance the company’s paid media approach, fostering an innovative media culture that supports ongoing business growth.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in paid media management or a related field with a deep understanding of multi-channel paid media, including programmatic, social, and search. At least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • The ability to travel up to 15% including international travel.
  • The ability to work out of our London, UK office on a hybrid schedule which is three days in the office.

  • Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platforms), with experience using data to drive media decisions.
  • Experience in developing media strategies across multiple markets globally.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, high-budget campaigns across regions, ensuring on-time and cost-effective delivery.
  • Skilled communicator with an ability to influence internal and external stakeholders across diverse cultures; experienced in negotiating media buys to optimize reach and impact.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working in diverse, international environments is a plus.

Primary Interactions - Internal and External

  • Internal-Regular interaction with senior leaders across brand, marketing, data and business units to align strategies and insights. Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams to ensure global initiatives are implemented effectively.
  • External-Work with external media agencies, digital marketing agencies, media platform partners to gather insights, develop engagement strategies, and execute paid media activities globally.
