The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer plans, specs, and designs equipment, processes, assembly tooling, and assembly line layout to coordinate activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) and continuation projects. They ensure process design supports manufacturing of products to meet quality standards while minimizing costs and production issues. The role involves developing and maintaining manufacturing line layouts to optimize space, efficiency, and effectiveness, while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer contributes to moderately complex engineering projects.
