DESCRIPTION
AWS is seeking an enterprise technical sales manager to lead a team of sales professionals and grow customer adoption of our End User Computing (EUC) services and solutions on AWS. The EUC services include Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions such as WorkSpaces, AppStream 2.0, and WorkSpaces Thin Client, designed to provide secure, high-performance, and flexible access to data and applications from anywhere on any device.
As the AWS EUC Services Specialized Sales Manager, you will implement strategies to increase awareness and adoption of AWS solutions like Amazon WorkSpaces and AppStream across strategic customers. You will manage a multi-country territory, leading a team of country-based sales executives to build and develop customer relationships, drive revenue, and promote AWS as the preferred cloud provider for EUC solutions.
Your responsibilities include identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, collaborating with Solution Architects, guiding customer implementations, and overseeing the entire sales cycle to achieve business goals. Establishing and nurturing technical and business relationships, you will focus on driving revenue growth and customer value.
The role involves working closely with AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services teams to support strategic initiatives, develop long-term relationships, and execute customer acquisition strategies. You will also be responsible for operational processes, contract negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction, with moderate travel expected.
