We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, EMEA Security Operations to join our Global Security Team!

What you’ll do:

  1. Ensure the protection and support of our team members and assets through close coordination with Global Security team members, EMEA business leaders, and other service providers.
  2. Develop and implement procedures related to security best practices, directives, and standard operating procedures.
  3. Manage the security technology program, including cameras, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
  4. Lead all aspects of security vendors, including onsite guarding services, technology support, and special event security.
  5. Collaborate on the physical security and technology design of new office spaces.
  6. Manage the annual operating budget and execute within it.
  7. Conduct security and safety awareness training.
  8. Perform threat analysis and security risk assessments for Snap operations.
  9. Support business resiliency, emergency response, and crisis management plans.
  10. Assist in environmental health and safety audits and site assessments, and manage risk mitigation programs.
  11. Ensure quality control of security products and reports, and report quarterly metrics.
  12. Build partnerships with local law enforcement and security agencies. Plan and execute security incident exercises.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Leadership skills with a focus on customer service, teamwork, and initiative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in security, emergency services, law enforcement, military, or customer service, with regional political and security landscape understanding.
  • Flexibility for non-traditional schedules and up to 50% travel.
  • Proficiency with security technology and systems (Google Suite, Lenel, Everbridge, CCTV).
  • Understanding of incident response, crisis management, and emergency response.
  • Experience creating security intelligence products.
  • Professional judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Strategic problem-solving and process development skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading security operations programs.
  • Proven security, risk management, or law enforcement/military experience, preferably in a corporate EMEA setting.
  • Ability to lead and empower remote teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for security and safety issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ASIS CPP or similar certification.
  • Proficiency in French for regional support.
